After creating your account, begin your enrollment and carefully complete each step below:

Initial Step: Go to Master Data → Add New Enrollment. Fill out the fields for your enrollment before proceeding to the next steps.

• Step 1 – Student Details: Enter your personal information.
• Step 2 – Parent/Guardian Information: Provide your parent’s or guardian’s details and contact information.
• Step 3 – Educational Background: Indicate your previous school and academic history.
• Step 4 – Document Requirements: Upload the necessary documents for verification.
• Step 5 – Attestation & Data Privacy: Confirm that your information is correct and agree to the Data Privacy Policy.
• Step 6 – Examination: Schedule and take the required admission or entrance exam, if applicable.
• Step 7 – Subject Enlistment: Select your subjects and preferred schedule.
• Step 8 – Tuition: View your assessment and proceed with tuition payment.

📄 Requirements for BSIT & BSME Programs (Incoming College Freshmen)

📌 ONLINE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Please have the following ONLINE ADMISSION requirements ready:

• Grade 12 Report Card (atleast 2nd Quarter / 1st Semester)
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Recommendation Letter

            a.) FOR FRESHMEN - School Principal, and Class Adviser/Guidance Counselor
            b.) FOR TRANSFEREES - Dean of College, and from any Subject Head/Instructor

📌 ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please prepare the following ENROLLMENT requirements. Hard copies must be submitted to the Registrar's Office:

• Original Form 137/SF 10 (Copy for DBTC)
• Original Grade 12 Report Card
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 
• Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate

Additional requirements for the FOREIGN applicants:

• ICard
• Passport bio-page and latest admission with valid authorized stay
